Have a creative idea you want to turn into an interactive project? You still have time to join ImajiNation 2026. Registration and project submission are open until September 13, 2026.
For students and teachers who want to explore technology in a creative way, ImajiNation 2026 is an opportunity to experiment, create, and showcase their work on a national stage.
ImajiNation is a National Visual Coding Competition for students and teachers across Indonesia. Through Visual Coding, 3D, and Augmented Reality (AR), participants are invited to turn their ideas into interactive digital projects using Assemblr EDU.

The competition is open to students from different education levels as well as teachers across Indonesia through four categories:

After selecting their category, student participants can choose one of three Creative Quests as the theme for their project:
Meanwhile, teacher participants can create interactive learning materials powered by Augmented Reality (AR) that are ready to be used in the classroom. Projects can be developed as Student Worksheets (LKPD), interactive slides, interactive projects, or other innovative formats.
These themes and project formats give participants room to develop ideas based on their own interests and creativity.
One of the things that makes ImajiNation different is that participants do not need prior experience with text-based programming to start creating.
With Visual Coding in the Assemblr EDU editor, participants can arrange blocks of commands to create interactions, control object movements, build cause-and-effect relationships, and create projects that respond to user actions.
Through this process, participants can also develop an understanding of basic coding logic, computational thinking, problem-solving, and systematic thinking through hands-on project creation.
For teachers, ImajiNation provides an opportunity to explore how 3D and AR technology can be used to create learning experiences that are more interactive and relevant for students.

Prizes include a Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, cash prizes, official certificates from Kemendikdasmen, and the opportunity to earn the title of ImajiNation 2026 National Champion.
ImajiNation is more than just a competition. It is an opportunity to explore new ideas, learn to use technology in meaningful ways, and turn what is in your imagination into something that others can see, experience, and interact with.
For teachers, it is also an opportunity to explore new ways of making learning more interactive and engaging.
